Thank you all for your patience this summer as we prepared a safe locker room access plan. Using a strict schedule, we are now able to take individual appointments for locker room access. Please fill out this form to reserve your time slot to meet with a Ski + Ride School management team member and gather your gear. To welcome you back on-site, we require that you follow the State of Vermont in-state and out-of-state travel guidelines. Each safety precaution we take now will help us have a successful winter season together.

If you are unable to visit the resort, you can continue to store your belongings here. The buildings will remain locked and monitored.

For returning staff members:

If you are a returning staff member planning on joining us for the 20-21 season, you may keep your uniform for the upcoming season. To help clean and waterproof your uniform for this winter, we will be providing you with Nikwax Tech Wash and TX.Direct individual packets, which will become available to you for pick-up at the resort soon. Your uniforms can be laundered in a residential washing machine. After washing your uniform, you can apply the provided waterproofing products.

For staff members who are not returning:

If you have decided not to return to Okemo for the 20-21 season, we ask that you return your uniform by September 18, 2020. Uniforms can be returned to the Cole House Employee Center Uniform Room drop slot, which is located just before the Jackson Gore Inn. Or uniforms can be mailed to the resort. If you mail your uniform, please use this address:

Support Services Building
1524 Okemo Ridge Rd.
Ludlow, VT 05149

Thank you!

As a returning staff member, we are looking forward to welcoming you back to Okemo this winter. The next critical step in building our plans for the season ahead is gathering your responses to our intent to return survey. Thank you to everyone who has already submitted their responses.

We know you may not have solidified your winter yet, but please provide us with your projected plans by September 1, 2020. You will need to log-in to our internal site to complete the survey using the password provided below. Please note, this is a new password for this winter.

Please reach out to OKSkiandRideSchool@vailresorts.com with any questions. We look forward to hearing your responses to our survey and welcoming you back this winter.

An Open Letter From CEO Rob Katz

“What will the 2020-21 ski and snowboard season look like? We are still in the heat of July – still celebrating the successful opening of our resorts for summer – and that is the number one question we are getting across our 34 North American resorts. What lies ahead for winter? We remain optimistic that we’ll have a great ski season.” Read more from CEO Rob Katz.
