New Hire On Snow Training

Your initial training is 4 Days in person plus 2.5 hours of e-learning modules. 

• Day 1 - Welcome: Indoor and On Snow

• Day 2 - On Snow: Lesson Plans Part 1

• Day 3 - On Snow: Lesson Plans Part 2

• Day 4 - Indoor: Lesson Logistics & Cross Training

Full-time staff would do this consecutively, part-time staff on their first scheduled shift:

• Day 5 - Shadow a live lesson. 

Then you work through the initial holidays. Followed by a check in day in January.

• Day 6 - The Next Chapter: Post Holiday Check In.

January Follow Up

In January, after getting some experience under your belt. You will join us again for a follow up. We will troubleshoot issues from your real lessons. Then introduce blue zone teaching.
