New Hire Training Plan

Training Details:

Total training time (Job-specific + Enterprise) is approximately 35 hours. It is mix of digital, classroom, and on-snow modules. New hires should complete their digital training before they begin their in-person training.  Here is the breakdown:  

• Digital: 2.45 hrs

• Classroom (instructor-led): 4.5 hrs

• On-Snow (instructor-led): 23.5 hrs

• Post-Holiday (Indoor and On-Snow): 4 hrs
